Our car diffusers are handmade using high quality fragrance oils. They can last months depending on how strong you prefer your fragrance. When you receive your diffuser, you must remove the wooden lid then remove the plastic stopper. Replace the wooden lid, and tilt the diffuser to load the wooden lid with fragrance. The natural movement of your vehicle  should be enough to keep fragrance flowing into the lid. If you notice the scent is fading, just tilt the diffuser again to reload the lid.
